The increasingly stringent rules were imposed to ensure that the premium pets on Pet Planet wouldn't be captured in large quantities, preventing resource depletion.
Because of this regulation, obtaining premium pets became much more challenging. After Tian Qingyu saw Lin Shen's Holy Shield Dragon, she wanted to borrow it to help her secure a premium pet on Pet Planet.
As a gesture of gratitude, Tian Qingyu procured a slot for Lin Shen as well.
