"Indeed, as you said, I have calculated the possibility of you appearing here, but I would rather believe that I was wrong than to see you truly alive and standing before me."
He lifted his cup of coffee and sighed, "The dead you seemed more at peace."
"Years later, your words are still as harsh."
Constantine sighed, "Actually, the person I was most worried about when I went for Ascension was you. Not that I was worried something would happen to you, but that I felt there was a problem with the way you get along with the world. You are too arrogant, too solitary... and yet this world is too angry, but sometimes full of kindness. You are the biggest contradiction I have ever seen."
