At the other end of the alley was a bustling little street, yet unlike the commercial street on the other side, it seemed to be a fish market, with vendors on both sides and water containers full of fish piled up everywhere on the street, spreading a strong fishy smell throughout.
There were also some tattooed ruffians looking like gangsters, playing mahjong at the stalls by the roadside.
A woman in just her underwear was supporting a limping man as they walked out of the alley, drawing the attention of several mahjong tables around them; a few hoodlums whistled at He Baowen, who was wearing a black lace bra, from afar.
