Upon seeing the LV2 security manager, Nicole was very clear about his purpose. Security managers were generally of low stature within the organization, except for this black man who held LV2 status. He didn't handle external affairs but specialized internally, dealing with the organization's high-level members who committed misdeeds.
"Just wait a moment, I must take some documents with me." Nicole nodded expressionlessly and entered her room without waiting for a response.
The security manager signaled his two subordinates with a glance. Fully armed, the two warriors stood on each side of the door, guarding against any rash actions from Nicole.
After waiting for over three minutes, Nicole still hadn't appeared. The security manager, growing impatient, was about to knock on the door.
