When a player sends a gift, it immediately reflects in the streamer's backend, converting into withdrawable Star Coins according to different commission rates.
That string of numbers represents the streamer's income.
To withdraw Star Coins from the backend requires a transfer processing time, which is certainly not feasible during a PK match.
However, if the backend-to-frontend transfer permission is enabled, the backend Star Coins can be directly moved to the frontend account—the number displayed at the top of the player interface—and then the frontend Star Coins can be used to send gifts, including gifting yourself.

In other words: 10 million becomes 6 million in the backend, gifting oneself once reduces it to 3.6 million, then 2.16 million for the third round, and 1.3 million for the fourth...
Thus, it's common for some streamers to exhaust their backend earnings during competitions.
