Now materialized, they simply provide a better stage for the Devas to exhibit their powers.
Originally, he planned to embed all thirty-three layers of the Heavenly Realm into this world, but the thirty-three Devas were not yet all gathered, which might cause fluctuations.
So he only added five layers of Heaven for the Sun, Moon, Water, Fire, and Wind.
Vishnu's expression was serene.
He gazed at the layers of the Heavenly Realm below, thoughtful, then suddenly displayed a hint of a smile.
"What a brilliant idea!"
"The Devas dwell within, finding their place during their journey. I believe this completion will also bring about a spectacular Leela!"
Vishnu gently shook his head, smiling.
Shiva also slowly curved his lips, revealing a faint smile.
The Devas were overjoyed, rushing towards the layers of the Heavenly Realm below, sensing the power within.
