"Ah, Arata! Here you are, my son," Hashirama said with a smile.

"Yes, I was just about to look for you," Tobirama added, also smiling.

Madara and Izuna nodded and smiled too.

After all, their lives were finally back on track, and it was all thanks to Arata.

It felt like he had a way with words, a power that could bring people closer and change their hearts.

Arata looked at all of them seriously. "I want to talk to you all... in private. It's important."

Everyone paused for a moment, then nodded.

Because deep down, they knew Arata always made sense.

It was because of him that they had even achieved peace in the first place.

So, they all agreed and started walking toward the Hokage Office.

Before entering, Hashirama turned to the Uchiha and Senju ninjas.

"Bring the Daimyō to the council," he ordered.

With that settled, they entered the office.

As soon as they were inside, Arata raised his hand and activated a Silence Barrier, covering the entire room.

Hashirama, Tobirama, and Madara immediately noticed it.

"A soundproof barrier?" Hashirama asked.

Tobirama and Madara narrowed their eyes, waiting for Arata to speak.

"Now that we're in private, tell us, son… what do you want to say?" Hashirama asked.

The others also turned their attention to Arata.

Arata took a deep breath. "I know you're planning to choose one Hokage for this village, right?"

Everyone nodded.

"But I think choosing only one leader is a mistake."

The room fell silent.

"One person alone can't handle everything," Arata continued.

He glanced at Madara.

"Uncle Madara, if you become Hokage, you'll be stuck dealing with village matters all day. You won't have any other life outside of this job."

Madara frowned slightly but didn't say anything.

"That's why we should elect two Hokage—two equal leaders."

Hashirama raised an eyebrow. "Two Hokage? Why?"

"Because being Hokage is too much for one person," Arata explained.

"If there's only one Hokage, they won't be able to keep an eye on everything. That could lead to corruption in the village. All the ideals we're building now could be ruined in the future."

Tobirama crossed his arms, deep in thought.

"But if we have two Hokage—one as the face of the village and the other as a Shadow Hokage—they can share responsibilities. If one makes a mistake, the other can stop him."

Arata looked at Madara and Hashirama.

"Senju and Uchiha created this village together. That's why both clans should have a leader."

Everyone stayed silent, thinking about his words.

"If anyone objects, they can leave," Arata said firmly.

"Because this system will help Konoha in the long run."

He took another deep breath before continuing.

"Imagine a war breaks out," Arata said.

"One Hokage must stay in the village, while the other leads the army. But if our manpower gets low, the second Hokage can step in. That way, we always have a leader both inside and outside Konoha."

Hashirama and Madara exchanged glances.

"Also, if we split responsibilities, it will be easier to manage the village. The pressure will be shared, and the Hokage will still have time for their personal lives," Arata finished.

The room was silent for a moment.

Listening to this, everyone nodded as Arata looked around.

Because deep down, they knew he was right.

Madara turned toward him, his expression thoughtful.

"You, kid… you seem to have some wisdom in this," Izuna said.

"That's right, Hashirama. I think Arata isn't wrong," Madara added.

He crossed his arms and looked at his best friend.

"If I become Hokage alone, how can I protect the village while handling all these daily matters? It's not bad for two people to share the burden, right?"

According to Madara, if both he and Hashirama were Hokage, wasn't that enough?

It would be better than enough.

They wouldn't have to fight over control.

And most importantly, he wouldn't have to take care of everything alone.

He had a younger brother and a niece. He wanted to spend time with them too.

Tobirama rubbed his chin, deep in thought.

"Well… I think this idea isn't bad," he admitted.

The more he thought about it, the more it made sense.

Before, he had believed that if Madara became Hokage alone, there was a risk he might favor the Uchiha over the Senju.

But if both of them shared power, then both clans could grow and prosper together.

Izuna nodded in agreement.

"I think Arata's proposal is good," he said.

He glanced at Madara and sighed.

"If my brother handled the village alone, he'd probably lose his temper with everyone."

Izuna shook his head.

"He'd complain nonstop—'this isn't how it should be' or 'that isn't how it should be.' I know how he is."

"Hey! I'm not that bad!" Madara snapped, glaring at Izuna.

Izuna smirked.

Hashirama, watching their exchange, burst into laughter.

Madara turned to him, annoyed.

"Shut up, Hashirama!" he grumbled.

But Hashirama kept laughing anyway.

Once Hashirama finally calmed down, he smiled.

"Alright then. It's decided."

He turned to Madara and grinned.

"We will both be Hokage."

Madara raised an eyebrow.

"So, what do we call this? A Hokage and… a Shadow Hokage? Or just two Hokage?"

Hashirama looked at everyone.

"Two Hokage. Agreed?"

Everyone nodded.

This was good for Konoha.

Hashirama's chakra was warm and nurturing.

Madara's chakra was dark and powerful.

Together, they were the perfect balance of Yin and Yang.

With both of them as Hokage, Konoha would be strong.

And both the Senju and Uchiha clans would thrive—along with every other clan in the village.
