[ANSWER]

This scroll had been found in the Uchiha clan compound, warning about a method to awaken the Rinnegan. But something felt off.

"Someone left this behind to push the Uchiha toward awakening the Rinnegan… They even mentioned freeing some 'goddess'," Izuna said, his expression darkening.

"In contrast, the Senju scroll Arata provided clearly states that awakening the Rinnegan is necessary—but not to free some unknown being. Instead, it talks about stopping someone who has been manipulating wars for thousands of years," Madara added.

Hashirama's face grew serious. "I see. This isn't something we can take lightly… If someone has been controlling the fate of this world, then we must be careful. If we reveal this information too soon, it could throw everything into chaos."

For now, only Hashirama, Madara, Izuna, Tobirama, and Arata knew the truth. They had to think carefully before telling anyone else.

" Hashirama," Madara said, his tone serious. "This kind of enemy… it's terrifying. We don't even know who they are. We don't know what kind of person we're fighting against."

Izuna and Hashirama both nodded at Madara's words. The unknown was the most dangerous thing.

"If we don't know anything about him, then how do we even defeat him?" Izuna asked.

"I don't know," Madara admitted. "We don't even know if our current strength is enough. Which is why I think we need the Rinnegan too."

Izuna's Sharingan flickered as he clenched his fists. The more he thought about it, the more he believed in the story Arata found. His fear turned into anger.

Some mysterious being had been manipulating wars just to make them fight, just to make people like him and Madara die for their amusement. This unknown enemy was the reason their father, mother, and countless others had died.

It was disgusting.

Izuna turned to look at Madara, his eyes full of determination.

"I won't let you or my niece get hurt," he thought. "You two are the only family I have left. If someone wants to kill you, I'll make sure they die first."

Madara's anger was growing too. At first, he thought the scroll Arata gave them was just a myth. But now, step by step, everything written in it was becoming real.

"That means someone really is out there, trying to kill me, my brother, and my niece."

Now, there was no doubt—the being mentioned in the scroll was real. And whoever they were, they shouldn't be allowed to live.

Madara looked toward Izuna, his mind shifting back to their preparations.

" Hashirama How is experiment going?" Madara asked. "When is the operation happening?"

Hashirama, who had been deep in thought, finally spoke.

"I'll transplant the three-tomoe Sharingan tomorrow," he said. "With my regeneration, I'll heal quickly."

Madara nodded. "Then we wait until tomorrow."

Izuna agreed as well. They had to be patient—but soon, they would take the next step.

The next day,

Madara was inside the secret medical department, waiting with Izuna. Inside, Tobirama and Arata were performing Hashirama's operation.

After a while, the door opened, and Tobirama and Arata walked out. Madara immediately looked at them.

"Arata, was the transplant successful?" he asked.

Arata nodded. "Yes, Uncle. It was a success. Father's eyes have already healed thanks to his natural regeneration."

Tobirama crossed his arms and added, "We transplanted a three-tomoe Sharingan into him. The moment he opened his eyes, his chakra reacted, and… it mutated."

Madara's eyes narrowed. "Mutated?"

Arata nodded again. "Yes. His Sharingan turned into a Mangekyō Sharingan almost instantly. But…"

"But what?" Izuna asked, frowning.

"It's still too early to say whether his Senju and Uchiha blood are truly merging," Tobirama explained. "We need to observe more."

He continued, "I also transplanted Uchiha cells into myself during the research, and I've noticed my chakra and muscle density have increased. The same thing is happening to Elder Brother."

Madara crossed his arms. "So… everything written in the scroll Arata found has been proven true?"

Tobirama nodded. "Yes. One by one, we're verifying everything."

Izuna turned to Madara. "Brother, if Hashirama really awakens the Rinnegan, then we can try it on you next."

Madara's expression remained unreadable.

"And if both of you awaken the Rinnegan," Izuna continued, his voice filled with conviction, "then we can definitely kill that damn black thing!"

Before Madara could respond, a voice interrupted them.

"Guys… how u all doing

They all turned sharply—Hashirama was standing there.

"Hashirama, what the hell are you doing! You.... want to give all of us a heart attack or something?"" Madara snapped. "You just had surgery! You should be resting!"

Hashirama just laughed. "Oh, don't worry, Madara. My eyes are already healed."

"Already?" Izuna frowned.

"Yeah, see?" Hashirama smirked as his eyes began to change.

His brown eyes darkened to black… then turned red. The three tomoe spun rapidly, then merged into a new shape—a Mangekyō Sharingan.

Madara and Izuna stared in shock.

Not only that—Hashirama's body was different too. His presence, his aura—it was stronger than before. His muscle density had increased, and his chakra was heavier than ever.

But they all knew the truth—this still wasn't enough.

"Even with just a Mangekyō," Madara muttered, "we still won't be able to kill that black thing."

Hashirama grinned. "Oh? Then maybe I should check out my new abilities."

Madara crossed his arms. "Right. The Mangekyō Sharingan grants  unique abilities to the user. So, Hashirama—what's yours?"

Hashirama blinked. "Uh… I don't know."

"You don't know?" Izuna asked, confused.

"Yeah, I just awakened it. I have to test it out first," Hashirama said.

Madara frowned. "That's strange. Normally, when an Uchiha awakens the Mangekyō, the information about their abilities automatically appears in their mind."

"Maybe it doesn't work the same way for non-Uchiha," Izuna guessed.

Hashirama just shrugged. "Well, there's only one way to find out!"

Madara smirked. "Hmph. Fine. Let's see what that new fancy Sharingan of yours can do, Hashirama."
