Qian Sisi finished her bath and climbed onto the bed, where Bai Cheng'an was leaning against the headboard reading a book, a German language book that Qian Sisi had no interest in. She glanced at it and then casually picked up a manga to read, consciously snuggling into Bai Cheng'an's embrace.
As deep autumn set in and the temperature dropped, Sisi found Bai Cheng'an's arms increasingly inviting, as warm as a fireplace! This made her so lazy that she couldn't even bother to turn on the air conditioning each night. Just by nestling in Bai Cheng'an's embrace, she felt as happy as if she had the whole world.
"Xiaobai, how was your life abroad?" Qian Sisi asked casually, flipping through her manga.
Bai Cheng'an replied nonchalantly, "Just like that! Why do you suddenly ask?"
"Umm... because I saw your German book!" Qian Sisi pretended to complain, "I heard from our school's Foreign Languages Department that German is the hardest language to learn!"
