Surprisingly, the Elder Wing agreed to Broken's proposal rather easily.
Of course, some of the other dragonkin leaders still questioned the plan, but in the end, with Broken's already having a solid reputation, they had no real reason to refuse.
This was a life-or-death situation.
Whether they died fighting or died waiting—it didn't make much of a difference.
And besides—
Broken had already killed a Named Demon, ranked 34, and saved Dissidia Kingdom from destruction. That alone proved he was no ordinary person.
But even with the plan in motion, they couldn't just disappear all at once. If 30 of the strongest dragonkin suddenly vanished from the place, it would immediately alert the dragons outside the barrier.
So, they created a diversion.
They staged a scene where the dragonkin appeared to be frightened, retreating into their homes, hiding in fear of the assault.
And the plan worked.
