"Who are you? What are you doing here in our house?" I asked, trying to conceal the trembling of my voice. He didn't need to know I recognized him. I tried my best to hide my real feelings at the moment.
I wished to run and hug him tight and feel the taste of his sweet lips once again, but I knew I should stop myself and do the right thing if I wanted him to have the life he deserved.
I am no longer Alejandro Ganzon's beautiful and flawless daughter. In front of him, I am someone who is ugly and not worthy of his love or even the slightest of his time.
"I am sorry, Des, but he insisted on meeting you," Lela interjected.
"Yeah, it is all my fault. I forced your friend to let me in. I am sorry. My name is Red Galvez. I came here to see you personally, " he declared as he stood up from his seat and extended his hand to me. His intense gaze gave me goosebumps.
