A tremendous shiver shook my body. Shadows enveloped me, and I quickly darted to the right. My figure must have become indistinct, but the sense of urgency didn't disappear. That madman was still chasing me. Putting all my strength into my legs, I ran for my life. This creature was incredibly strong. Without my ability, I would have been split in half from top to bottom. And it's alone! All the corruption is concentrated in its body, making it much stronger than the danger level assigned by the guild; that monster shouldn't even have four stars.
