"You are late!" Alex teased as Nora came running from the other side. But looking at her pale face covered in sweat he frowned. "Did something happen?" He did not know the details but his mother had told him that Nora was suffering from depression. Even though she did not know the details, she could feel it.
She had warned Alex to not disturb Nora if she did not reply to him. Therefore he had kept his distance when she did not respond to him.
Nora sighed. She waved at him to follow her and went to his car.
"This is mine!" he raised a brow when she opened the door and sat on the passenger seat. He did open the lock for her when she held the door though.
"Hmm!" she raised a brow in confusion. "You wanted to steal someone else's car to go home?" Alex shook his head with a helpless smile on his face. What was he thinking! This girl was always like that!
He went to the driver's seat and started the car.
