His eyes snapped open at the mistake and the realisation of it. Brandon twisted away from killing and his naughty fingers before shaking his head aggressively. "No, I don't want to keep any kind of tabs on you. I'm fine with the information you'll provide me."
"Oh?" The amusement in his voice and eyes only grew. Killian was enjoying this so much, much to Brandon's dismay.
"Uh huh." he was not packing down from his stand, and hopefully, his face was showing every kind of seriousness he felt. If any bit of nervousness was shown, Killian would catch onto it.
There was not anything serious in between them, at least not yet, and it had barely been a day for the trial to begin. So why would Brendan be involved so much into Killian's life when nothing was permanent, sure if they were dating, he would like, but they weren't.
And since they were not dating, there was absolutely no need for any kind of updates.
