"You have dog hair on your head."
Ye Xiao pointed at a poky yellow dog hair on Qiao Si's head.
"You've got some on your face, too."
Qiao Si reached out and gently brushed the dog hair off her face.
After all the commotion, they were either drenched or covered in dog hair. The first-floor bathroom needed cleaning before use, so Ye Xiao suggested using the bathroom in Qiao Si's room for a shower.
Qiao Si could only agree, opting to use another room's bathroom for himself.
Without a change of clothes, Ye Xiao could only open the wardrobe and take a white shirt into the bathroom.
When she finished showering and came out, she discovered Qiao Si hadn't returned to the room yet, and Mei Hua was playing on the bed with her puppies, acting as if they were anything but outsiders.
"What are you doing in here? Get out," Ye Xiao said as she saw several dogs had taken over the bed, the worst offender being Xiao Hei, who was actually tearing at the pillow.
