Normally, hearing the sold-out notification two or three times in a day would be quite impressive since selling out even the furthest corner seats in a performance would already be considered a blockbuster.
But today...
Several times in a row?
The staff member holding their tea hadn't even taken a sip when their colleague next to them was so disturbed that they couldn't focus on their work.
"Hey, what are you zoning out for? Hurry up and deal with the emails. What kind of notification sound did you even set?"
"The sound of tickets being sold out."
A hollow voice drifted nearby.
The colleague didn't take it seriously, "You can't leave that on all the time!"
"It's not on all the time. It only goes off once for every performance that sells out."
"Then is there a bug? Did you select the wrong setting?"
"No."
The voice next to them grew even more hollow, emotionless, which prompted the colleague, once immersed in their work, to look up.
