The Dragon Emperor responded in a calm tone, "While Hidden Moon's departure isn't exactly a major secret, it hasn't been made public. However, with the current immigration efforts of Ingort underway, it wouldn't be hard for a keen observer to deduce certain things."
Ybur fell silent in contemplation.
