"Mom, what are you doing!"
Ling Man was about to get some clarity from Zhang Xiaowei when she suddenly saw her mother choking him, nearly jumping in fright.
Ling Man's mother had a face like iron, her grip on Zhang Xiaowei's neck showing no sign of releasing.
"I knew this guy was no good, a complete thug and a pervert. Man, you must be blind to pick him as a boyfriend, I can't let him take advantage of you for nothing!"
Ling Man was on the verge of tears.
She hurriedly turned around to pull her mother off.
"Mom, you've got it wrong, we're not in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship."
Ling Man's mother obviously paused, then questioned angrily, "You just admitted to the traffic police that he was your boyfriend."
"Oh my!" Ling Man, flustered and angry, with her face all red, said, "That was just to avoid a misunderstanding with the police, I said that on purpose. Please let go, after all, he did save me!"
