She was already standing in the elevator, slowly ascending.

The elevator doors slowly opened. The floor where Yu Yanshen's office was located had no work area, just a resting area, his office, and a conference room.
He should still be in the meeting room. Yao Qing walked towards his office and did not see anyone there.
She walked a few more steps to the resting area, and beyond that was the conference room.
Standing in the resting area, she looked around when suddenly, footsteps came from behind her.
The footsteps abruptly halted, as if because they had seen her.
Yao Qing turned around and saw Secretary Su holding a tray with several empty cups on it, apparently coming out to make tea for those in the meeting.
