Old Master Wen's attitude was truly dreadful.
Su Chaoxi frowned, "Grandpa, that's a strange thing to say. Isn't what my mom said factual? Clearly, it was you who called her back."
As soon as Su Chaoxi spoke out, it was as if she had given Old Master Wen a release for all his pent-up rage.
Unable to contain his anger, the old man slammed his walking stick onto the ground with great force, "You have no right to speak here, shut your mouth!"
But Su Chaoxi was in no way intimidated by Old Master Wen's demeanor; instead, she remained calm and composed, serenely looking at the infuriated elder, "As a junior, I really shouldn't interfere in the matters of my elders."
Old Master Wen shouted even more furiously, "If you know that, then why don't you shut up!"
Su Chaoxi paused and then looked at Old Master Wen, saying, "However, since I've come here, I do want to stay with my mom and try to resolve the issue."
