Another being from the pantheon of Gods.
The Deity of judgement, Damascus. He was strong, beloved and reverred even by some of the deities. He was the most just of the Gods. Wielding one of the celestial weapons that know to bring forth creation, he was fierce.
However, Gods are beings that expect perfection. They are the type of beings that expect to instantly notice change. That may be the reason as to why the look over mortals.
Or more precisely, why they look down on mortals.
Damascus himself was no different. He delivered judgement and punishment. His power held dominion over both mortals that have broken free from the restriction of the world and the Gods who have become defiant of their purpose.
Going against duties assigned to them. Just like a Goddess who stopped looking over the balance of the world and interfered in mortal affairs.
Damascus wanted mortals to change their ways. He didn't understand why all of the lower lives the way they were.
