Hirvan emerged from the bathroom, his eyes scanning the room for any trace of Greg.
'Where did that jerk go?!'
He shrugged his shoulders and moved toward the door to go out. His pants were stained, the coffee's dark spots a reminder of his earlier misfortune, but he had no choice but to wear them again. He tugged at the fabric, grimacing.
'Tsk, I have to go back to change. The Lady boss is going to chew my ear off! I had already delayed too much because of that jerk!'
Hirvan sighed and stepped outside the room. The faint buzz of distant conversation and footsteps filled the dormitory, but before he could take another step, a sharp voice pierced the air.
"Hey! Who are you?!"
The sudden shout jolted Hirvan. He turned to see a young man with a delicate yet intense expression standing before him, his face set in a mask of suspicion. His fine features were degraded by the deep furrow in his brow, and his piercing gaze locked into Hirvan.
