Hirvan leaned back in his chair, suppressing a burp as he patted his full stomach. The meal had been satisfying, a rare moment of indulgence in his hectic life.
"Hey, Hirvan… do you think Janiyar knows about your rebirth?"
Seung's abrupt question cut through his peaceful moment like a knife.
Hirvan blinked, his fingers tapping absently against the wooden table.
"Before you guys came to Astra City, I would have said not a chance… but now, with me being close to you guys, the Ren brothers, and Lu Hanbing… it wouldn't take a genius to start putting things together and guess my identity. So I say there's around ten per cent chance he is aware."
Hirvan explained his reasoning.
"Still, the concept of reincarnation and rebirth isn't something people can prove, it's too far-fetched, so he won't bet everything on it."
Hirvan's gaze darkened, his voice dropping slightly.
"But his hatred runs so deep that even my death once was not enough to quench his thirst for revenge."
