(66) Katie Summer's was born as Wanda Maximoff in earth 138 where Agent Barton sacrifices himself instead of Natasha. And where Pietro Maximoff never died. Wanda is also the one who defeated Thanos instead of Tony Stark. 

Natasha had also brought Wanda back from the edge as they work their trauma together and they are nice inseparable. The events with the Darkhold never happened. 

Wanda's powers are the same as Chthon. Natasha found her intriguing as Wanda doesn't want to use her red chaos magic which Natasha had major respect for. Will Natasha's friendly flirting develop into something more for the new Scarlet Witch?
