Chapter 150 - Chapter 150: The Daily Life of the Sun God’s Crowned One

Obito: "The era of ninjas is over!"

The ninja world was shifting.

Compared to the original timeline, the world where Hyuga Hitoshi lived was under immense pressure, both in terms of its storyline and overall structure.

With Danzo's corpse dragged back to Konohagakure and displayed on the Pillar of Shame, another major event had concluded, following the Nine-Tails incident and the Kumogakure envoy affair.

Though Hyuga Hitoshi hadn't directly participated in this event, he was still highly praised and rewarded.

Why?

Because while Uchiha Itachi was still the main player in the clan's downfall, the cause of it all was completely different.

This time, it started when Fugaku became Hokage. He lifted the seal on Uchiha Hikari and tried to arrange a marriage between her and Hyuga Hitoshi.

That move led Itachi to completely misunderstand the situation.

He even sought out an ally—someone who called himself Uchiha Madara.

With Danzo's support, the plan to wipe out the Uchiha clan began.

But here's where things got weird.

Unlike in the original timeline, where only Sasuke survived, the outcome this time was completely different.

Instead of the Uchiha being wiped out, Shimura Danzo lost his head.

Uchiha Itachi was expelled from his clan and even abandoned his surname.

Now, he was Senju Itachi—a traitor to Konohagakure, with his reputation completely ruined.

To put it simply:

At one point, Itachi encountered a scientist connected to Kara.

Curious about the organization, he showed great interest.

But the scientist just sneered, raised his middle finger, and mocked him:

"Oh, you're that guy who tried to wipe out his own clan but couldn't even beat his seven-year-old little brother?"

That level of insult completely shattered Itachi's credibility.

His social value took a massive hit.

Even doing errands for that scientist would have been an embarrassment.

Still, this humiliation only fueled his determination.

Through hard work, Senju Itachi finally proved himself.

Right now, he was preparing to infiltrate Kara from within.

But one thing was certain—just like how the Hyuga clan rose to power after the Nine-Tails incident, this event had shaken the entire foundation of the original story.

Even though Hyuga Hitoshi hadn't directly interfered, his influence was everywhere.

As a result, the rewards from his "golden finger" ability were more than satisfying.

Not only had his Tenseigan's regeneration ability improved, but his most valued power—time control—had grown even stronger.

It now consumed less energy when affecting living beings.

And more importantly, it seemed to be linked to something beyond comprehension.

Something that made all living things tremble.

But Hyuga Hitoshi wasn't foolish enough to mess with abstract concepts like the river of time just yet.

After all, he still couldn't even break through the dimensional barrier.

There was no need to get ahead of himself.

Still, aside from his eye techniques, he noticed another change—his physical body had evolved once again.

The breakdown of the Uchiha massacre had pushed his body further toward something beyond human limits.

This development put him in a great mood.

And when he was in a good mood, his future brides suffered.

Though he had reached a point where he could control his desires, he had no intention of doing so.

What made humans human?

Their emotions.

Hyuga Hitoshi was satisfied with his life.

He had no interest in suppressing his desires to become more "divine."

If there was a choice between becoming a godly human or a human-like god, he would choose the former.

He would be guided by his humanity, not godhood.

Of course, he wasn't completely reckless.

He made sure that his Sun God Kingdom's future queens weren't left utterly dazed before their grand wedding.

So, he found something else to focus on.

---

The Ninja World.

Land of Fire.

Konohagakure.

The ruler of the Sun God Kingdom, the mighty Sun God's Crowned One, controlled his luxurious ride, pulling off a sharp drift before coming to a screeching halt at the village entrance.

"Brother, I have to say, for someone of your status, riding around in that thing just doesn't match your elegance."

"And honestly, you came way too fast. If my secretary hadn't tipped me off, I wouldn't have even known you were about to arrive. I didn't have time to arrange a proper welcome."

At the village gate, Fugaku's words sounded like a complaint, but in truth, he was afraid of creating distance between himself and Hyuga Hitoshi.

So, he hurriedly explained himself.

"No big deal."

Hyuga Hitoshi patted his ride—a multifunctional motorcycle created by Minister Snake, Deputy Minister Shennong, and Minister Scorpion from the mechanics department. It was chakra-powered, and while its top speed hadn't been tested, in theory, as long as the rider could handle it and the frame could withstand the force, it could accelerate far beyond the speed of sound.

Still, Hyuga Hitoshi was careful when speeding. He made sure not to push the bike to its breaking point.

"Besides, Brother Fugaku, don't you think that with my status, riding this kind of bike around will make others in the ninja world want to do the same?"

Hitoshi smiled slightly, glancing at the many shinobi in the village whose eyes were lighting up, itching to try it for themselves.

Not bad. This was the power of influence. He was sure that once the simplified civilian version of the bike was released, it would bring great wealth to the Sun God Kingdom.

In simple terms, he was just promoting a product. But to be fair, he did enjoy the thrill of speeding—especially since this thing could fly. Now and then, he and his maids would pull off flashy moves in midair.

"You're always ahead of the game."

Fugaku gave him a thumbs-up, genuinely impressed.

"Alright, let's go check out your school."

Putting away his high-end ride, Hyuga Hitoshi shifted from a wild speedster back to the aura of a powerful leader.

The last time he came to Konohagakure was after the Uchiha clan's downfall, when he took Uchiha Hikari to the Sun God Kingdom. This time, however, it was at the request of Brother Fugaku.

As the Fifth Hokage, Fugaku cared deeply about the education of the next generation. He valued the development of the ninja academy and talent cultivation. And when it came to education, there was no one better than Hyuga Hitoshi. After all, everyone could see how well he had trained his clan members.

In the spirit of mutual progress, Brother Fugaku invited Hitoshi to the Konohagakure Ninja Academy to give an important speech.

This was the ruler of the Sun God Kingdom!

A living god-like existence.

Opportunities to hear his insights were rare. Fugaku also wanted to use this chance to show the academy students how vast his own network was. At the end of the day, he was still an Uchiha who liked to show off—that hadn't changed over the years.

Hyuga Hitoshi gladly agreed. Since he was already in the village for other matters, it was just a small favor.

The reason he was here in the first place was because Kurenai had taken an eight- or nine-year-old apprentice in Konohagakure, but this little student had some strange abilities. Not only could she manipulate the five senses, but she also seemed to bring the power of Genjutsu into reality. After spending some time with her, Kurenai realized she couldn't handle it alone and asked Hyuga Hitoshi for help.

Manipulating the five senses, turning illusions into reality…

Just from the description, Hyuga Hitoshi could pretty much guess her identity.

She was the young lady of the Kurama clan.

Though the clan had declined, this ability was seriously overpowered, and Hitoshi was quite interested.

Creating something out of nothing—this was a direct manifestation of Yin Release. He wanted to study where this power came from.

The world was like a single thread, constantly looping back on itself.

Even though Kurenai was about to become the divine consort of Hyuga Hitoshi, Kurama Yakumo still ended up as her disciple.

Since it was just a simple speech, Hyuga Hitoshi didn't intend to make it too formal. So, he went straight to the ninja academy with Fugaku.

After becoming Hokage, Brother Fugaku personally designed the ninja academy's development plan. The revised "Will of Fire" was accepted by most people. A few still weren't fully convinced, not because they disagreed, but because they found the concept of "fire" too abstract. They hadn't yet grasped the meaning of "many hands make light work."

As he strolled leisurely through the school, watching the students laughing and playing, Hyuga Hitoshi sighed slightly.

"Looking at them makes me feel younger too."

"Brother, come on, don't say things like that."

Fugaku rubbed his own aging face, looking a bit awkward.

Honestly, Hyuga Hitoshi looked almost the same as he did years ago. Meanwhile, Fugaku, burdened with the responsibilities of Hokage, had only grown more worn out.

"By the way, did the First and Second Hokage ever take up the honorary headmaster position at the academy?"

Hyuga Hitoshi asked curiously.

Mabui had mentioned it before. At the time, she thought that as members of the Sun God Construction Team, they shouldn't waste time being school principals—they should focus on infrastructure instead.

"The First considered it, but the Second dragged him away, saying there was a construction project in the Land of Rain that needed his help. He said after the work was done, and once they got some vacation time, he might come by to give a lecture. In the end, they both turned down the honorary headmaster title."

Being used to harm the village was embarrassing to talk about. Hashirama and Tobirama probably understood this and wanted to make up for it by doing some real work before considering anything else.

That said, with their skills in construction and cement-making, the project in the Land of Rain was probably a breeze for them.

After thinking for a moment, Hyuga Hitoshi suddenly stopped at a hallway corner. His golden eyes glowed as he reached out with his perception, instantly connecting with Konan, the secretary-general of the Sun God Alliance.

"I can't do this anymore. I woke up this morning and found my rings had fallen off. You should summon Terumi Mei and Senbonzakura instead."

As soon as Konan spoke, Hyuga Hitoshi almost rolled his eyes. Was she seriously bringing up last night's madness?

"Let's talk business. Go tell Nagato to take in the First and Second Hokage. They'll be part of the Akatsuki's special operations unit. Having them just build houses is a bit of a waste."

With the power those two had, they could easily handle most disputes under Nagato, who always acted like some divine figure. This would also save Hyuga Hitoshi from constantly getting requests for manpower.

Yes, the Akatsuki's purpose had changed. After learning the truth about the Rinnegan, Nagato had become nothing more than an employee under Hyuga Hitoshi, serving as a mediator for conflicts in the Sun God Kingdom. He also took care of those who didn't follow the rules, ensuring stability in the ninja world. The Akatsuki still existed but now functioned as the Sun God Kingdom's special operations unit, keeping the same name.

However, with Kakuzu and Sasori taken by Hyuga Hitoshi to join the research division, Nagato was often short on elite members, making things hectic. But despite being busy, Nagato actually enjoyed it. Playing a role in maintaining peace gave him an immense sense of purpose and responsibility.

"Phew, you scared me."

Hearing it was about official matters, Konan finally relaxed. But then, as she spoke, her face turned red again. Lowering her voice, she whispered something to Hyuga Hitoshi.

After a while of muttering back and forth, they connected directly through the Sun God Seal's internal communication. Hyuga Hitoshi's expression remained unchanged, as if he hadn't just been discussing those things with Konan. By now, his ability to keep a straight face had been well trained. Besides, no one else could hear their conversation.

Still, certain thoughts distracted him. As he turned a corner while deep in thought, he bumped into a small figure.

Reacting quickly, Hitoshi caught the person and pulled them into his arms before they could fall.

Looking up, he saw Sakura running toward them, then glanced down at Ino in his arms. He immediately understood—these two inseparable best friends must have been chasing each other for some reason and ended up crashing into him.

"You okay?"

He picked up the scattered flowers from the ground and handed them to Ino with a smile, nodding at Sakura as well.

Time had flown by. One familiar face after another from the original story was appearing, but this time, Hayate's fate probably wouldn't be as simple as just dying.

"Be careful when you walk."

Seeing that Ino was fine, Hyuga Hitoshi let her go and continued leading the group toward the cathedral at the ninja academy, where he was scheduled to give a speech.

As expected, after he left, Ino and Sakura remained frozen in place for a long moment before snapping back to reality.

Blushing, Ino held the flowers close to her chest. Her heart pounded as she experienced, for the first time, the irresistible charm of a grown man.

"He's way more handsome than Sasuke."

She spoke without hesitation.

In the ninja world, where kids could start having crushes as young as three or four, discussing who was attractive and developing little crushes at seven or eight wasn't early at all. If anything, it was a bit late.

"Of course, he's Sasuke's dad."

Sakura's reaction was about the same as Ino's. At this age, neither of them had fought over Sasuke yet, and they were still easily swayed by appearances. That said, despite their current craziness, both of them would become ideal wives and mothers after marriage.

"Sasuke's dad isn't the Fifth Hokage?"

Ino asked in confusion. How could Uchiha Sasuke's father have the last name Hyuga?

Sakura clicked her tongue. Clearly, Ino had no idea about the rumors floating around. Damn noble clans and their secrets. It seemed like the Ino-Shika-Cho trio had placed all their hopes on Ino, keeping her in the dark about anything negative.

But was it really a bad thing that he was Sasuke's father?

After all, compared to the Fifth Hokage openly selecting brides for him, this was nothing.

Yeah… at this point, it was common knowledge that the great Sun God was a total womanizer.

But still… he was so handsome!

Sakura's eyes burned with excitement as she watched his figure in the distance.

"Hyuga Hitoshi, the sole ruler of the Sun God Kingdom, the first-ever Sun God, a living legend in the ninja world. Just the other day, he defeated the God of Shinobi, Senju Hashirama, becoming the undisputed number one."

A man with absolute power, someone whose slightest action could shake the entire ninja world.

"I can't believe he's this young."

In Sakura's mind, big shots like this usually have a strong presence and aura, and they're definitely not young. But now, seeing him in person left her a bit shocked.

Maybe… just maybe… she could reach that level when she grew up.

For some reason, Bietian Sakura's words hit her, and she smiled:

"From now on, Sasuke is all yours. I won't fight you for him."

What do you mean, "all yours"? And who said I even like Sasuke? Weren't we just competing over things out of habit? Besides, when I'm not around, you don't even look at Sasuke—I know that. You're just trying to one-up me.

But then—

Ino frowned, then suddenly realized something. She looked at Sakura coldly. "So what you're saying is, I marry Sasuke, you marry Lord Hitoshi, and when we both enter the family, I have to call you 'Mom'?"

Wow, Sakura, I didn't expect you to plan this far ahead!

"Uh… I really didn't think that far. How about this—you call me 'Lady Stepmother,' and I'll still call you my sister. We'll each keep our status."

Sakura hesitated before coming up with a compromise, but Ino immediately shot it down. She agreed that Sakura could have Sasuke, but she absolutely wouldn't let her take Lord Hitoshi. Sakura wasn't happy about that, and the two of them bickered all the way to the main lecture hall. In the end, Ino gave in, agreeing that when the time came, they could enter the family together and look out for each other while still being sisters.

After thinking it over, Sakura nodded—it seemed fair enough. But when the time came, she wanted to be the big sister, and Ino could stay the annoying little one.

Little did the clan leader, Hitoshi, know that a small coincidence today would give him more options in the future. These girls were still too naive—who knew if they'd even end up joining the selection for divine consorts when they grew up?

But he hadn't come here for something like that. Right now, he had no such thoughts. The girls in the ninja world tended to mature early, but he wasn't some creep who had ideas about seven- or eight-year-olds.

Now, standing inside the grand cathedral, he looked down at the curious eyes below and began his speech.

It had nothing to do with empty motivational talk, willpower, or sentimental bonds. Instead, he met their gazes head-on and wrote two words on the massive blackboard:

"Perspective."

Looking at the young and growing ninja before him, Hyuga Hitoshi wanted them to contribute to the future war between the Divine Nation and the Otsutsuki Clan.

Earth was naturally at odds with the invaders from space. The Otsutsuki came to drain the planet's energy to sustain themselves. If they succeeded, Earth would wither and die—that was no different from human extinction.

So these future warriors needed to understand the true purpose behind learning ninjutsu.

"Where does chakra come from? What was the ninja world like a thousand years ago? Who was the first person to possess chakra? And who spread the knowledge of using it?"

The students below looked confused, the answers clearly beyond them.

But it wasn't just them. The teachers and even the high-ranking officials attending as observers were equally bewildered.

Meanwhile, in a certain mysterious space—

A broken mask lay on the ground. A man stood frozen, staring at his reflection in a mirror, where he saw his body covered in markings. He was Uchiha Madara's failed successor, the one who was supposedly "killed" by Kakashi—Obito. He too was lost in thought.

"What you've seen—the so-called truth, including the Infinite Tsukuyomi—it's all a lie. That dream world has no meaning. To surpass yourself and become a god who inherits the Otsutsuki's will… that is your true purpose as my vessel."

"But my plan is different. I have a great interest in scattered chakra. Awakening the Divine Tree will naturally activate the Infinite Tsukuyomi, and at the same time, it'll get rid of that worthless traitor."

Isshiki sat above, gently swirling a glass of red wine, a refined smile on his face.

"I don't care what this power turns into in the end. I just want to know—can it change a person's mind? Can it make someone become exactly what I want? Or even better… can it create a real world with real people?"

Feeling this new power coursing through him, Obito was convinced he could kill the real Uchiha Madara.

"Tch. You're even more twisted than I imagined, Obito."

Giving up on creating a false dream world where a goddess only loved him… Instead, he wanted to create a real world, with a real goddess whose thoughts had simply been altered?

"The chakra fruit is limitless. As an inner-circle member, you're qualified to enjoy everything it offers. A wish as simple as this is easy to grant."

What a load of crap.

Isshiki, still elegantly controlling Jigen, thought something far less elegant as he gazed at the fool he was manipulating like a mere tool.

But Obito had no clue.

He even had an expression of realization on his face.

Glancing at the broken mask beside him, he felt his wild power merge with his crimson Three Tomoe Sharingan. As a distinct horn grew on his forehead and dark markings spread across his arm—

He stomped on the mask, shattering it completely, and let out a crazed laugh.

"The era of ninjas is over!"
