Just as Lin Yi was pondering how to respond, Li Chen spoke up again.
"President Zhang, let's keep business and personal issues separate. Business is business after all. What you said seems a bit off, doesn't it?" Li Chen said with a smile.
"What are you?" Zhang Hui's face darkened immediately upon hearing Li Chen's words: "I'm talking to President Lin, is this your place to speak?"
"President Zhang!" Lin Yi's expression changed again: "He is the negotiation representative I brought with me, so..."
Lin Yi hadn't finished speaking when Zhang Hui interrupted: "How dare you interrupt my conversation with President Lin, throw this man out!"
Clearly, Zhang Hui wasn't going to give Lin Yi a chance to explain.
