"Is there still no news?" Lin Yue looked towards Zhuo Xiangqiao, watching him shake his head, her body softened as she sat there, days had passed, and there was still no news.
"I've asked everyone I know to inquire about her whereabouts. As soon as she gets off the plane, someone will send the news to me," he said, squeezing Lin Yue's shoulder, indicating that she didn't need to worry just yet.
"I haven't received any news from my end; she might still be in the United Kingdom," he comforted Lin Yue.
Lin Yue nodded; as long as there was no bad news, she could only hope that everything was still fine.
"Aren't we supposed to go to the hospital for a check-up today? I'll accompany you," said Zhuo Xiangqiao as he grabbed Lin Yue's light jacket that was lying outside and extended his hand to help her up from the sofa.
