Out of everything this woman had said, the last name was what stood out to him.
At first, he thought about how he was meeting another one of the head chef's kids but quickly shoved that thought aside after taking a closer look at her.
She might have looked a bit young but, she looked every bit a grown woman would look like…perhaps the aunt? Or even better, the mother?
For a moment, Conrad's eyes lit up but dimmed down again once he realized something.

He almost got strangled to death by the head chef, Lucian.
He was pinned to a wall by Tessa.
He had an unpleasant encounter with her little brother, Ludde.
He had a whole battle with her older brother or something, Lucius. In which he won by the way.
And now it was possibly the mother, Elsa. How would this encounter go left Connie on edge.
