Continuing from where we left off, Tsukiō (which, fun fact, translates to "Moon King" in Japanese) intimidates the characters across the Primary Plaza, knocking out some with Conqueror's Haki.
Batman (shocked, in his thoughts): How can he easily unlock a foreign ability? Could he be one of those types of humans from the True World?
Tsukiō: (slowly deactivates Conqueror's Haki) Let them go, you villainous bastards! (rushes toward the villains)
Mordo (nearly passed out but conscious): You can't stop us from capturing you, foreign prodigy! (conjures a sword with Eldritch magic and attacks Tsukiō)
Tsukiō: (suddenly uses Instant Transmission to teleport right behind Mordo)
Mordo (shocked): HOW?!
Magik: First Haki, then Instant Transmission? How?
Avdol: This mortal is something else.
Batman: He is something... something that barely exists.
Tsukiō (behind Mordo): BLACK FLASH!!! (uses Black Flash on Mordo)
Mordo: (gets injured, knocked unconscious)
Everyone else: (shocked, wondering how he used three different powers)
Tsukiō: Who's next?! (accidentally uses Shunpo)
Rui: IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Tsukiō: BLACK FLASH!!! (uses Black Flash again, arm uncontrollably coated in Armament Haki)
Rui: (knocked out)
Batman, Avdol, Magik: (mind-blown, wondering how a mortal from the True World uses these powers)
Kizaru: Oh my! I guess I have no choice but to escape. (uses his light Logia Devil Fruit powers to escape)
Tsukiō: Get back here! (falls from injuries and power overload causes his body to paralyze)
Batman: I got the boy. Capture the remaining villains! (runs to Tsukiō) Kid, you okay?
Tsukiō: I'm fine. It's just a strain.
Batman: Here. Let me help you.

[At Reverse Senzu Hospital]
Shoko Ieiri (from Jujutsu Kaisen): The kid's alright. His body isn't used to his immense powers. But still, I can't believe a True World human like him has ever ex...
Batman: (cuts her off with a cough) Thanks for the healing, Ms. Ieiri. The boy's mine for the caring.
Tsukiō: Yeah. Thank you, Ms. Shoko.
Shoko: Don't mention it. (leaves)
Tsukiō (after Shoko leaves): How did I do all that?
Batman: I think you are a Systemer.
Tsukiō: A what now?
Batman: A human from the True World who is registered to the Hyper Ability Education (HAE) System.
Tsukiō: OK. Just a quick question. What the hell is the True World?
Batman: It is the main version of our universe, the origin of the MKA, and every other fictional universe. The creativity from humanity combined with the cosmic energies of galaxies is what allows fictional worlds to come to life.
Tsukiō: Oh! I got it! Also, what is the HAE system?
Batman: It's a cosmic system that allows chosen humans from the True World, named Systemers, to learn and gain any ability, power, or skill from all fictional universes ever. When they awaken for the first time, they initially use multiple abilities they haven't learned yet, but then they experience immense pain, for that was a stage of the body and mind adapting to the system, but now, you are able to control it.
Tsukiō: I see. It's like an adrenaline rush. So, i assume all those powers I used in the Primary Plaza are gone, right?
Batman: Yes. But you can learn them after to claim the ability or technique as your very own. Systemers have a lot more potential and capability than the majority of fictional characters due to their origin.
Tsukiō: Incredible! Are there any other Systemers like me in the MKA or in any of the connected fictional universes?
Batman: Possibly, but you're the first I've seen. Not many characters know about it; it's a secret.
Tsukiō: Understood. So, I guess this is how I use all these pow... (suddenly gets a brain rush) WHAT IS THIS?
Batman: Tsukiō! What's wrong?
Tsukiō: I feel like... a memory is coming back... sprinting to my soul.
Tsukiō experiences a "Memory Payback," regaining a memory of walking to a mosque and praying.
Tsukiō: I used to be... a Muslim.
Batman: It's probably one of the things you used to be before you came here. You still are one of them.
Tsukiō: Subhannallah! Okay. I have decided.
Batman: Decided what?
Tsukiō: You said the only way to return home is through the Ultimate Fantasy Tournament, right?
Batman: Yes. Are you trying to participate and win?
Tsukiō: Yes. If I were a main character, this is my motive. I will regain my memories and return to my world. Maybe Allah sent me here to be tested, and if so, then so be it. That is my purpose right now.
Batman (grinning): You got guts and potential. Fine then, let me help you.
Tsukiō: Great. Works for me.
The chapter ends with Tsukiō and Batman shaking hands in respect and cooperation.
