There are only about 40 member countries in the Drug Enforcement Department, which is not enough, so there is a plan to increase the list. Among the five good men, the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union have not joined.
The permanent chairmanship would consist of a list of 4 countries, Mexico, China, Singapore, and the United States. From now on, the Executive Director of the Drug Enforcement Department will be chosen from these four countries. This is currently Blue Star's "three heroes and one dog" of drug enforcement.
Getting caught means capital punishment.
Other countries are not so strict.
