The secretary quickly responded and rushed out.
By the time the Defense Minister reached the rooftop, a Mi-8 had already spun up its rotor. He bent low, climbed into the cabin, and the pilot operated the helicopter to take off. A journey of more than forty minutes on the ground only took seven or eight minutes in the air.
