October 25th, Morning – Boys' Dormitory, My Room
The aftereffects of nyan-nyan syndrome are a nasty piece of work—takes forever to shake.
I sat in front of the sink, staring at my cute reflection in the mirror.
Flicked my ears. Raised my tail high.
My strength and energy had returned, so I was planning to challenge that treant swordsman soon. But of all days, todaywas my turn to transform.
"Meow~ (Translation: Oh well, guess I'll have to skip school today.)"
If it were just cat ears, I could maybe still manage to go.
But full-on cat form? That's a no-go. Seriously.
Besides, right now I didn't even have my human consciousness. I was just an adorable little kitty.
Not like Rindo, who manages to retain her self-awareness during this form.
"Meow."
I grew my Skill Tree out of my back. For some reason, when you're a cat, you can sprout it from just about anywhere. Must be a size or structure thing. It's a weird little perk, but not particularly useful.
