Eight Inner Gates LVL 20/80: The Gates are limiters on the body that regulate Chakra flow. Unlocking each gate grants explosive power and speed, with exponential increases in Chakra output and physical abilities at each new level. Mastering each gate level requires rigorous training and mental fortitude, as each unlocked gate pushes the body closer to its limits. You can open up to the 3rd gate as of right now.
Kaimon: Located in the brain's left hemisphere, opening it removes the user's mental inhibitions and increases their STR and DEX by 2x whilst using the Gate. You also gain a 10% increase in Chakra whilst using the Gate. Though you drain 2 HP every 10 seconds.
Kyūmon: Located in the brain's right hemisphere, increases the user's physical abilities greatly. This has the added effect of re-energising the body, enabling it to rapidly recover from exhaustion. Your STR and DEX are quadrupled whilst in this state. You also gain a 20% increase in Chakra whilst using the Gate. Though you drain 2 HP every second in this state you gain 50% of all your HP back upon opening the Gate.
Seimon: Located on the spinal cord, turns the user's skin red when opened. Other effects include the user's pupils disappearing, their hair standing on end, and bulging veins all over their body. Your STR and Dex are increased by 10 times in this state, with a 40% increase in Chakra though you drain 10 HP every second in this state.
Hand Seals LVL 20/20: Hand Seals are important to many Jutsu, learning how to perform them and do them well is a requirement of any Shinobi worth their salt +100% speed when performing Hand Seals for Jutsu. DEX also naturally increases the speed of which Hand Seals are performed and the ease of which they are used.
Stealth LVL 20/20: One's ability to hide. This skill is very important for Shinobi to learn and is considered the most basic of them. When hidden you are 100% less likely to be discovered for any reasoning. Although Sensory Jutsu, natural sensors and those with Dojutsu will know where you are anyways.
Shurikenjutsu LVL 20/20: An important skill all Shinobi have, it involves the usage of throwing weapons in combat although it may seem useless, it is very effective. The effectiveness of this skill increases with your DEX for accuracy of the weapon, INT to know which parts of the body to target and STR as the Force transferred into the weapon when it is thrown is important to pierce and penetrate tougher skin. This skill increases accuracy by 100%.
Sharingan LVL 9/15: The Sharingan is the Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha Clan and is one of the "3 Great Dojutsu" for good reason.
The Sharingan grants two broad abilities to the user: the "Eye of Insight" and the "Eye of Hypnotism". Although the abilities are not literally restricted to certain eyes. And even within these two categories, there exist several distinct though similar abilities:
The Eye of Insight allows the user to perceive chakra by assigning it colors based on composition and source, though it is less capable than the Byakugan. It can partially see through obstructions and detect irregularities in chakra flow, such as those caused by Genjutsu. With exceptional clarity of perception, the user can read lips, mimic precise movements, and track fast-moving objects. In combat, this ability enables the prediction of an opponent's next move based on muscle tension, along with the capacity to read and interpret hand seals to anticipate techniques. Additionally, the Eye of Insight allows users to copy and adapt Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy.
The Eye of Hypnotism allows somebody to cast Genjutsu with mere eye contact performing what is known as "Sharingan: Genjutsu". This can allow the user to make someone dizzy, suggest thoughts or actions, coerce someone to divulge information or act in a peculiar way potentially without the victim's knowledge. However it can also be used to cast regular Genjutsu without the need for Hand Seals.
You have 2-3 Tomoe Sharingan. You drain 3 Chakra every second to keep it active. Whilst the Sharingan is active, your ability to perceive and react to movements is greatly enhanced, you can see Chakra giving it colour to see it, you gain the ability to copy E-A ranked Jutsu you see and you can use Genjutsu without Hand Seals.
Chakra Leap LVL 10/10: By applying Chakra to your feet before a jump it enhances how high you can go, and the forward momentum carried by said jump. Using 5 Chakra you can increase your Jump height by 100 metres.
Chakra Dash LVL 10/10: By flowing Chakra to the legs you can increase running speed significantly. Uses 3 Chakra per second to increase speed by 100%.
Leaf Exercise LVL 5/5: This training method is done by placing a leaf over an individual's forehead and having them direct their chakra onto the leaf, using it as a focal point causing the leaf to stick. The nature of this exercise isn't to teach chakra control but it is used that way, it is used to hone the individual's concentration and to keep their mind from becoming distracted. Each level increases CC by 1%. Uses 1 Chakra every 30 seconds.
Tree Climbing LVL 10/10: A training method used to gain better chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. The concept of this exercise is similar to magnetics. When this is learned the user can climb other surfaces with their feet such as cliffs and mountains using Chakra Control. Each level grants 1% extra CC. Uses 5 Chakra every 10 seconds.
Shape Transformation LVL 10/10: An advanced form of Chakra Control that involves controlling the form, movement, and potency of one's chakra, determining the size, range, and purpose of a technique. This is crucial to master when one plans to make their own Jutsu. Chakra used is dependent on Shape and detail on it. Grants 3% extra CC every level.

Katon: En Kunai LVL 20/20: By channelling a small amount of fire chakra into a kunai, you envelop the blade of the Kunai in a thin, somewhat potent layer of flames. This fire enhances the kunai's cutting power slightly, allowing it to burn through light materials and deliver small burns to opponents upon contact.
Costs 20 Chakra. This Jutsu enhances the Kunai's damage by 50% and has a 2.5% chance of afflicting the Burn status effect on a target.
Katon: Gokyaku no Jutsu LVL 35/50: Upon completing the handseals, inhaling a large amount of oxygen and moulding chakra you exhale a massive ball of flames that flies forwards about as tall as yourself or larger than 8 metres.

Costs 250 - 540 Chakra dealing around 500 - 1280 points of damage with a 70% chance of inflicting burn on the opponent.
Katon: Hosenka LVL 15/50: You spit a volley of small fireballs into the air. The many small flames move wildly through the area, potentially mesmerising targets as they're surrounded. You can manipulate each individual flame with their chakra, allowing you to guide each at the target or targets and, consequently, making this technique difficult to evade. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames as well, not only making them more deadly upon impact but also, by controlling the flames' movements, giving you a means of controlling the shuriken as well.

Katon: Hono Kosen LVL 1/50: Channelling Fire Chakra to your palms, you launch a concentrated narrow intense beam of flames directly from them into a focused ray, enabling you to strike a target with deadly accuracy. The beam is fast, traveling rapidly across the battlefield.

Katon: Karyū Endan LVL 5/50: After kneading chakra within the user's body, fire is expelled in the form of a roaring dragon. The flames are then directed to strike the target from multiple angles simultaneously—left, right, and front. Unlike most other Katon this jutsu focuses its destructive power in a concentrated manner.

Fūton: Kaze Shuriken LVL 20/20: Upon channelling wind Chakra through a shuriken or more, the user launches the Shuriken, which now has enhanced cutting capabilities. This is not visible in any way.

Fūton: Kaze Kunai: LVL 20/20: This jutsu augments the cutting power of a kunai by infusing it with wind chakra. The blades are launched with precision sweeping across the battlefield, cutting through most materials with ease. A versatile wind-based jutsu, it is deadly when combined with other elements or weapons.

Raiton: Rai Kunai LVL 20/20: The Kunai becomes enveloped in a crackling aura of lightning, increasing its sharpness and delivering a mild electrical shock upon contact. This shock can temporarily stun or disrupt the target, making it more difficult for them to move or respond.
Costs 25 Chakra to use, increases damage by 200% and adds a slight stunning effect to opponents hit with it for one second.
Doton: Chikyu Shuriken LVL 20/20: By channeling chakra through the soles of their feet into the earth, the user manipulates small fragments of earth and shapes them into razor-sharp shuriken. These shuriken are then launched toward the target from the infused point, making it an effective technique for quick, unexpected attacks. Due to its minimal chakra cost and single-hand seal activation, it excels in swift engagements and ambush tactics.
Costs 10 Chakra per Shuriken for 20 Damage.
Doton: Yami Shuriken LVL 20/20: By amplifying the amount of Chakra going into the Earth during the Chikyu Shuriken Jutsu, typically done by the addition of 2 extra Hand Seals, the user can launch even sharper Shuriken at the foes by adding jagged, sharper edges to the earthen weapons.
Costs 15 Chakra per Shuriken for 40 Damage.
Doton: Doryūheki LVL 10/50: Creates a defensive wall of earth by manipulating Earth out of the ground that shields against attacks. The wall's durability and size depend on your Earth Chakra transformation and chakra investment.
Hand Seals: Hare → Boar → Dog → Ox → Snake → slam hands on the ground.
Costs 900 Chakra to erect an Earth wall 5 meters wide, 5 meters tall, and 2 meters thick that can absorb 1000 damage.
Suiton: Mizu Bakuha LVL 40/50: By moulding water chakra, you compress moisture from the atmosphere using your own chakra to create a dense, powerful water projectile that is shot at the target through a thrust of your palm.
Hand Seals: Ox
Costs: 300 Chakra for 500 Damage. The water projectile's dense nature allows it to penetrate defensive techniques 50% of the time.
Suiton: Bakusui Shōha LVL 5/50: Unleashes a crashing wave of water from your mouth, overwhelming enemies with sheer force. The wave's impact deals blunt force trauma, knocking foes off their feet and potentially drowning those unable to escape.
You can ride the wave to enhance mobility and the water left over can be used for Suiton by both you and the enemy.

Genjutsu: Yume no Kage LVL 20/20: The target perceives distorted shadows and phantom figures in their immediate surroundings. These illusions can cause confusion and momentary disorientation as they are not dangerous, but can move around.
Costs 25 Chakra lasts for 100 seconds unless broken out of.
Henge no Jutsu LVL 20/20: A fundamental Jutsu for Shinobi which allows you to alter your physical appearance, disguising you as either another person, animal, or object. The transformation not only mimics the target's outward appearance but also grants the attributes and physical features of the assumed form, such as sharp claws, fangs, or the weight of an object. However, maintaining a flawless transformation requires both skill and concentration.
It costs 50-150 Chakra per transformation scaling with complexity.
Kage Bunshin LVL 50/50: By using more than the regular amount of Chakra to summon a Clone, you are able to make solid clones that are capable of independent thought and action. Unlike illusory clones, each Kage Bunshin is an exact duplicate of the user, including physical attributes and chakra. Clones transfer their experiences and knowledge via memories back to the user upon dispelling, enhancing the user's understanding and training efficiency. Clones also take damage independently and disperse upon receiving significant impact, dispelling themselves, dispelled by the user or losing too much Chakra to stay.
