Luca had lived in Building 46 for a decade. Each unit in the building had two bedrooms, and it was perfect for his family. It was just him, his father, and his mother, so he could have his own room while his parents used the other room.
His mother was a clean freak, so she paid close attention to the cleanliness of the apartment. Despite her busy schedule at work, she always made time to clean the apartment every morning. She would wake up very early in the morning so she could do her responsibilities at home, and she would even wake up earlier than Luca.
Sometimes Luca would tell his mother that he would do the cleaning around the house, but his mother would firmly shake her head, saying that she didn't believe in his dedication to cleaning at all. She even said that he would only pretend to sweep the room before hiding the dust and dirt under the bed or sofa instead of throwing it away properly, which was why she always refused to hand over the cleaning job to her son.
