Hank and Erhu's men split into four groups, attacking Tangyu from four directions, ensuring there was no way for Tangyu to escape. On one side was the reservoir, and they attacked from all four directions without leaving any gaps.
With an AK47 in hand, Hank took the lead, rushing out first and firing a burst towards Tangyu. Tangyu reacted quickly, leaping into the reservoir. Bullets hit the ground, emitting crisp sounds.
"Bang bang bang!!!"
Gunshots erupted from all around as police officers emerged from hidden trenches, all armed with submachine guns; over a hundred SWAT officers came out, completely surrounding Hank, Erhu, and their twenty-plus men. Gunfire riddled the air, blood spurted, and bodies fell. Some tried to jump into the reservoir, but there was no chance for that.
"Despicable Huaxians, I'm fighting you to the end," Hank yelled angrily, becoming crazed.
"Second in command, we've been deceived; this is a trap. Damn it, we're going to die here."
