Suddenly, Capone pulled away from her, his tone changing. "You want wine?"
"Mmm." Sophia was light-headed and dazed, unsure whether to release a breathy gasp or give a simple affirmative answer.
Capone stroked her cheek gently, his voice low. "Then wait here while I get it. Don't get up without your clothes on. Take a nice, long dip in the pool."
Capone stood up from the hot spring, water droplets glistening across his body. His broad shoulders and narrow hips, along with his long, straight legs, were a sight to behold. His sun-kissed skin rippled with each movement, muscles tight and strong, just as they had been when they first met.
But he seemed to have lost a bit of weight.
It was as though he sensed the two soft, lingering gazes from behind him. He casually grabbed a towel from the rack, wrapping it around his body, then turned toward Sophia, offering her a small smile.
Only then did she realize she had been staring at his body, as though magnetized, unable to look away.
