Zareth stared into Silva's eyes with fear and trembling; no matter how stubborn she was or how strong her will was, the pain she felt, her mind and body could not take it; her will could not overcome it.
"I'll lead you, please stop." She finally broke, saying the words Silva wanted to hear. Silva let out a smile and stopped the pain; she fell to the ground, shaking.
"Sometimes, it is better to let go of your pride and strong will because they might get you killed. Hopefully, this will be a lesson to you," Silva said, looking down at her.
She didn't say anything, unable to respond for a while. Her body had been completely run through with that unimaginable pain; she had almost shut down completely.
After a while, she managed to get herself back on her feet. She was still weak and in pain, but she didn't want to keep Silva waiting for long.
"I am the only commander that has come from hell, the rest are still there," she said.
