ARCHIBALD BLINKED as he stared at Avon, wondering if she was lying or making a fool out of him. But she didn't look like that all. She was definitely telling the truth.
"But how? Why? What?"
"Your wife is either pushy, influential—"
"Or both. She is both." He nodded in agreement, while Avon chuckled.
"Well, she seems to go well with Sephtis wife."
"Wife? Lord Sephtis has a wife?"
Avon smirked, happy that she knew things Archibald didn't "Well, yeah. Few centuries back. I don't know the details. But—"
"But…"
Leaning close to him, she nodded. "I would advise you go meet him personally." She looked up at the sky.
"Yes, he undoubtedly wants to see you. So perhaps you can go to him. You both are friends… right?"
