In fact, when she uttered the words "chief designer," she found it unbelievable, and had no idea what Karen was thinking to make such a baseless suggestion.
Unlike her, Luo Wentao didn't immediately object.
"The reason?"
Karen looked at Xia Lu and smiled, "The reason is simple. I've only been at the company for a short while, but I can see that there's intense competition among the designers. Right now, several designers are vying for this position, and their qualifications and work experiences are pretty much on a par, making it hard to differentiate between them. So, they all believe they're eligible, and picking any one of them might lead to objections from the rest."
