"What kind of major accident?" He had just come back from Lin's and wasn't prepared to digest some hardcore news.
Qiu Cheng stood in front of the desk and finally caught his breath. "There's been an incident at the Litang Project. We just received word that a worker fell from the scaffold at the height of three stories during the construction process and is currently being resuscitated at the hospital."
Zhou Mingchen looked up at him. "How could this happen?"
"According to those who returned from the site, the safety protections weren't properly implemented, but we're still investigating which specific part went wrong. We'll notify you as soon as there is a definitive result," Qiu Cheng reported truthfully. "This part is currently under our responsibility, and surely the person in charge of Litang will be coming to us soon."
