Xi Mu vanished amidst the fierce flames, while the blindfolded nun remained silent for a moment. She didn't choose to follow him but rather stayed where she was, waiting. She didn't want to continue watching the King of Ash carry on with his slaughter.

Outside the Realm of Life,
Xi Mu emerged from the flames. He looked at the Goddess of Life not far from him and calmly walked past her.
"Aren't you going to kill me?" the Goddess of Life asked, turning her head, her gentle voice tinged with confusion. She was already standing before the King of Ash, so why didn't he swing his sword to kill her? It was as if he couldn't see her at all.
