Amid the tumultuous scene of bodies sprawling in every direction, the captain of the Blood Oath Alliance's ranger team swiftly navigated through the crowd, not pausing to check the silver arc's altitude in midair. He stopped beside a row of archers and adjusted the height of the longbow in a ranger's hand.
A chorus of bowstrings vibrated, and the sky seemed to darken as a volley of feather arrows soared into the air, silencing the entire combat zone. Warriors from both sides turned their heads to watch the silver light piercing between two pyramids.
In front of it, a wall made of arrow volley slowly ascended.
"Second round!"
The ranger captain raised his own longbow, shouting loudly.
But suddenly, the silver light in midair dipped.
