On the way, Xu Liangguo broke the silence, "I heard you've gotten close to that girl from the Chang Family?"
Qin Hao gave a dry laugh, "No, the Chang Family wanted to plot against my Xinghai Company, so I just wanted to disgrace them a bit."
Xu Liangguo chuckled, "The girl from the Chang Family isn't bad—smart and wise, very capable, a good hand at managing a company. Didn't that old coot say he wanted you to marry his granddaughter?"
Qin Hao's expression turned a bit awkward, "Mr. Xu, how do you know about that?"
Xu Liangguo scoffed, "How could I not understand that old man's thoughts? He dreams quite prettily, thinking he can snatch the son-in-law of the Xu Family. I could tolerate his granddaughter being a mistress, but to usurp the position? Not a chance."
Less than half an hour later, Qin Hao and Xu Liangguo arrived at Xu Jiekang's house, where Xu Jiekang, Yang Su, and Xu Siyao were all at home.
