While the two groups were facing off outside, Wen Wen walked unhurriedly to a table by the window and sat down. At the table sat a blonde lady with heavy eyeshadow, who was currently watching the stand-off outside with great interest.
Her skin faintly revealed a tinge of blue; her golden hair also appeared to be fake, most likely belonging to a monster kindred related to snakes, kin to the Three Cubs.
"I'm very grateful that Mr. Tings stood up for us, but we don't have any kind of relationship with him. Why would he be willing to stand up for us?"
The Snake Lady raised her eyebrow slightly, then turned her body a bit, not intending to answer Wen Wen's question. In her eyes, Wen Wen was just a common person.
Wen Wen chuckled and said, "I'm a rather suspicious person. If I don't understand the situation clearly, I might do something irrational, so it's better for everyone if you just answer my question."
