Solaia saw the woman who was wearing a mask was surprised to see her, but she was distracted when someone grabbed her by her arms.
"Aki," she heard that person who pulled her say the name that was only used by her father, the duke.
Acantha looked at that person and she saw Evander.
"What do you think you're doing?" Acantha asked as he pulled her away from everyone who were fighting each other.
"I am going to get you away from here," Evander said to her while he was still pulling her.
Acantha wiggled her arms to free herself from his grip.
"Let me go." Acantha said coldly at Evander, who turned to her and looked at her with those sad eyes.
"I can't. I promise I won't hurt you. It's just they are going to kill you if you go back there." Evander said as he looked at her and tried to hold her arms again.
"And? Aren't you on their side?" Acantha asked as she frowned at him, more like she was glaring at him.
