Obviously, Arlo was not happy with what Olivia said. The thought of Hazel being with someone else burned his insides, and he was barely able to hide it from Olivia's eyes.
"I care about her."
Olivia rolled her eyes. "But not enough to keep your dick inside your pants, right?" She glanced at his crotch suggestively.
There was this urge to smash this woman's head against the desk. Now Arlo remembered why he didn't like her.
"Just tell me whatever you knew about River." If it were not for the sake of finding any signs about River, Arlo would have left this woman's apartment by now. After all, he was very tempted to kill her.
"I am not like you people who always look into someone else's private life." Olivia poured more wine for herself. "I don't know. I don't care, and I don't want to know."
