"Actually, it's not something that I want. I called you because I want to warn you that the Lozens is a sinking ship, and you need to save yourself before you get caught in the middle of it."
Hazel wouldn't tell Rafael directly what he needed to do, because someone like him wouldn't appreciate being told.
"This is interesting; you actually warned me about your family. You said they are going to go down. Is it safe to say that you are the one who will bring them down?" Rafael was surprised with her intention to call him.
"I made this phone call to tell you that it's not a wise decision to stay with the Lozens. If I were you, I would wash my hands of anything related to them.
"You are going to bring your family down." That was not even a question, but a statement. "Is it because you were betrayed by your sister and your ex-fiancé? Don't you think that's too much? I don't think your father will agree with that."
