The words spoken by her aunt hovered in the air like thick smoke, ringing in her head over and over. From her aunt's revelation, she didn't know anything more than that. The level of secrecy at the academy was top notch, so much more than any government institutions.
"The island of no return." Phoebe's eyes moved upwards as she repeated the name.
"Oh crap." the Saxon spirit mumbled.
Connie raised her hand as if she was in a class. "Ooh, I know this place, it is some sort of mythical island where no one ever returns from. It makes you wonder why people still go there despite knowing that they might not return. Humans are idiots, what kind of fool goes to a place like that?"
Everyone looked at her with glares and she twisted her mouth nervously. "Sorry, I don't mean your father..grandfather..Mr. Cillian. I am talking about other humans, not guardian humans that have the ability to protect themselves, just normal humans. You know, like the kind that go there as tourists and...."
