In a simple wooden house deep within the forest, a group of wandering ninjas resided. These wanderers roamed across countries, acting as bandits who ambushed and looted caravans from various lands.
Not long ago, they had targeted a caravan from the Land of Fire.
"We may have attracted Konoha's attention. It's better to evacuate the Land of Fire as soon as possible," a middle-aged woman, dressed as a ninja, suggested.
"Konoha's response isn't that fast. We have plenty of time to pull off one more job before leaving," a bearded man, also clad in ninja attire, replied dismissively.
"I agree. One more hit wouldn't hurt," chimed in another wanderer.
"What's there to be afraid of? This place is so hidden that it's not easy for Konoha to find us. Let's grab one more haul before we evacuate," added another.
The group murmured in agreement, with most siding with the bearded man.
"Then it's settled," the bearded man declared with a grin. "We'll do one more job and then leave!"
Satisfied with the decision, he stood up, heading toward the woods beside the cabin.
The others paid no mind, assuming he was stepping out for a brief moment of privacy.
Indeed, the bearded man had gone to relieve himself. Walking into the woods, he made sure no one was around before he began.
After finishing, he exhaled in relief, preparing to return, when his eyes caught sight of a man with dark hair tinged with brown.
"You…!" he started to shout, intending to warn his companions. But before he could make a sound, his gaze locked onto the blood-red eyes of the man—a pair of Sharingan with three black tomoe spinning rapidly.
The bearded man's expression slackened, and he fell silent.
"When you see this person, attack with all your strength and use the explosive tags to kill them both," Uchiha Kana, the one behind the Sharingan, commanded in a low voice, planting the image of a target into the man's mind.
The bearded man responded blankly, "Yes," and turned back toward the cabin.
By the time he returned, his expression appeared normal. However, if someone had been observing closely with a Byakugan or a Sharingan, they would have noticed the lingering signs of hypnosis.
Meanwhile, hidden some distance away in the forest, Kana frowned slightly. Using the Sharingan to control someone consumed significant pupil power, leaving her drained.
"If not for the need to make this death appear natural, I wouldn't have resorted to such a costly technique," Kana muttered to herself, retreating to a concealed position to observe.
Hours Later
Two Konoha teams, totaling six ninjas, quietly approached the cabin. Without delay, they launched an attack on the wandering ninjas inside.
Caught off guard, the wanderers retaliated fiercely. In the midst of the chaos, the bearded man, now under Kana's hypnosis, zeroed in on a young man in his twenties—a member of the Shimura clan.
Boom!
A massive explosion erupted as the bearded man activated the explosive tags attached to his body. The Shimura clan member, unprepared for such a suicidal attack, was caught in the blast and perished.

Around a campfire, three Konoha ninjas discussed the mission planned for the following day.
"Have you noticed? There's been a sudden surge of rogue ninjas from the Hidden Mist Village in the Land of Fire this past year," one said.
"Yeah, what's going on in the Mist Village? Something must have happened there," another added.
"Only the higher-ups in Konoha would know," the third shrugged.
After some time, the lone woman among them stood and wandered into the shadows away from the fire.
The other two exchanged knowing looks but said nothing. It was obvious what she was doing.
The woman, a member of the Shimura clan, found a secluded spot. However, as she turned, she was met with a pair of Sharingan eyes.
Her expression became vacant as Uchiha Atsuko hypnotized her.
"During tomorrow's mission, ensure you die by the enemy's hand," Atsuko instructed in a soft, commanding tone.
The Shimura clan woman nodded blankly and returned to the campfire without raising suspicion.

The Next Day
The three Konoha ninjas engaged a group of rogue Hidden Mist ninjas who had taken control of a small village. The battle was intense, with casualties on both sides.
In the end, only a single Hidden Mist jonin remained. Cornered and desperate, the rogue jonin fought ferociously, clashing directly with the Shimura woman.
Puff!
The Shimura woman seemingly failed to dodge a kunai thrust. Blood poured from her chest as she staggered and collapsed, coughing violently before succumbing to her injuries.
The rogue jonin was momentarily stunned by his success, only to be killed moments later by the enraged remaining Konoha ninjas.
From a distance, Atsuko watched the scene unfold, her expression unreadable as she slipped away.

Under the guise of a ferocious-looking samurai, Uchiha Fugaku engaged three Konoha ninjas in battle. The samurai was their assigned target—a warrior from the Land of Iron with a bloody record in the Land of Fire.
The battle was fierce, with Fugaku faking a desperate retreat. As planned, he managed to eliminate one Shimura clan member during the skirmish before disappearing into the shadows.

Over the following days, the five Uchiha who had left Konoha—Fugaku, Kana, Atsuko, Min, and Hiroshi—continued their systematic elimination of Shimura clan members dispatched on missions.
They employed various tactics, from hypnosis to impersonation, ensuring each death appeared as a natural casualty of their respective missions.
Although time-consuming, their strategy left no trace of foul play, effectively concealing the Uchiha clan's involvement.
