After pulling their heist, the vampires took the mayor's trophy back to their castle and watched the unveiling on the news. Curator Gerald said, "Thank you all for coming here tonight. I would first like to welcome Mayor Avery to the stage." Mayor Avery got off her chair, marched onto the stage, and waved hello to everyone. Curator Gerald said, "And now, I want to present Mayor Avery with this trophy to represent how much she's appreciated and how meaningful she is to the city." The narrator said, "Everybody was excited to see the trophy, especially Mayor Avery. The vampires also couldn't wait to see their faces when Curator Gerald pulled the rope and showed everyone their surprise." Curator Gerald pulled the rope to show everybody the trophy he would've given Mayor Avery, but everyone saw it missing. Everybody gasped, and when Mayor Avery and Curator Gerald saw it was missing, they started worrying. Mayor Avery took the microphone and said, "Um, nobody panic. I'm sure there's a logical explanation for this." Matt victoriously said, "Yes. Who's angry and in denial now?" Matt then turned off their TV because they got away with it, and nobody even knew they did it.
Meanwhile, Megan was still searching for Angelica, hoping she would get back together with Joseph. Megan first checked the cemetery since vampires are always dead. Megan shouted, "Angelica! I don't know if you can hear me, but if you can, please answer!" The narrator said, "Megan sat on a stairway to a mausoleum and started to talk to the air because she didn't know if Angelica was there." Megan cried, saying, "You have this thing—the power to remain alive forever. I spied on your dates with my brother because I was suspicious of both of you, and I was right about you and my brother. I broke into your house, read and stole your diary, and uploaded a video of my brother doing nothing but good, and it drove me crazy that I couldn't find anything bad because I knew nobody's that nice." Megan put her hand on her face and said, "Angelica, if you can hear me, I'm sorry."
Since Megan couldn't find Angelica in the cemetery, she decided to look at the bat exhibit at the zoo. Megan shouted, "Angelica!" Once Megan yelled, she scared all the bats and made them fly around the display. Then Megan screamed and ran out of the exhibit. Megan said, "Well, it's safe to say none of those bats were Angelica." Megan drove to the "The Blood Bank" restaurant next because vampires love blood. Megan searched everywhere but couldn't find Angelica anywhere. Since she wasn't there, Megan left and got in her car. Megan said, "Ok, so that's a no to the cemetery, the zoo's bat exhibit, and the blood bank." The narrator said, "Since Megan couldn't find Angelica at any of the places she already searched, she decided to see if Angelica was home." Megan drove to Angelica's house, knocked on the door, and the door opened. Megan then walked in and shouted for Angelica. Megan said, "Angelica! Are you home?" Megan looked everywhere in Angelica's house but couldn't find her. Since she couldn't, Megan left, got in her car, and started to think of Joseph. Megan said, "Maybe Franco will cheer him up. I'll go to his house and ask him to see Joseph tomorrow since Joseph is in werewolf form now."
Megan went to Franco's house after sundown and rang the bell, but no one answered. The vampires then arrived, brought out their net guns, and aimed them at Megan. Then they shot nets at her and took Megan as a prisoner. Angelica remembered that Megan was Joseph's sister and felt she needed to protect her. Angelica said, "No. Don't do this, Matt." Matthew said, "Sorry, but she's the sister of a werewolf. And what better way to catch a werewolf than with their sibling?" Joseph then arrived with his amulet glowing red and kicked Matthew away. Joseph said, "You leave my sister alone." The narrator said, "Joseph did try speaking to Matthew, but since nobody there spoke his language, all they were hearing was him roaring." Joseph held a pointy stick up to the vampires and got Angelica behind him. Chris said, "A wooden stake. Clever wolf." Chris made his eyes glow red and said, "Drop the wooden stake." Then he hypnotized Joseph, and Joseph dropped the wooden stake. Matthew said, "I apologize in advance for this, Angelica." The vampires shot nets at Joseph and Angelica, caught them, and took them as prisoners. The narrator said, "Now that they were caught, Megan, Joseph, and Angelica were afraid of where this was going to go."
The narrator said, "The vampires took all three to their hideout in Dracula's castle and kept them there all night. Once morning came, they all looked at Joseph in his human form with all the windows covered with curtains so no sun could get in the palace, and they could all stay in the shadows." The vampires kept Joseph tied to the wall so they could see him change and then kill him. However, the vampires untied Angelica and Megan and tied them together with chains. Matthew then attached a hook to Megan and Angelica's chains and gave Raven a thumbs up. Raven then pulled a lever and hung Megan and Angelica upside down over a firepit because she knew fire kills humans and vampires. Megan said, "Before you do us in, would you mind telling us why you're doing this?"
The narrator said, "Matthew didn't see the harm in telling Megan and Angelica his plan since he was about to kill them." Matthew said, "Since you're about to be killed, we can tell you. For years, vampires have hunted werewolves. Every time we figure out one's in town, we capture and kill it." Megan said, "Why?" Matthew said, "Werewolves are known for Transylvania as much as vampires are, so we're going to get rid of them." Megan said, "You wouldn't hurt my brother, would you?" Maddy said, " We can and we will. After all, he's such a good boy." Megan then remembered that saying from when she was spying on Joseph while Joseph was doing good deeds and driving her crazy. She recalled that Joseph helped older people across the street wearing an orange vest. One of the old ladies hugged Joseph and said, "You're such a good boy." Then Joseph's amulet glowed pink, and his tail wagged.
The narrator said, "Megan then remembered what Angelica told her about how she wears sunblock and how Maddy is a master of disguise." Megan thought further about what happened and figured that after that old lady walked away and made Joseph's tail wag, she took off her face, unmasked herself, and Maddy walked away glittering in the sun with a smile on her face because she was happy she made Joseph's tail wag. Megan stopped remembering and said, "You. It was all you." Angelica looked at Megan and said, "What are you talking about?" Megan said, "When Joseph started as a werewolf, he was too kind, so I spied on him. I saw him help a few older people across the street, and one of them said exactly what Maddy had said. I'm betting that was her disguise. She also used your sunblock to withstand the sun. It was all a trick; you knew it was him from the start." Matt said, "Well, not a first, but I overheard your conversation with your friends about spying on Angelica and figured it out. Your brother also fell for Maddy's trap and played into Angelica's arms. She used him so he would confess and so she could kill him."
Megan said, "Liar." Angelica said, "Megan. It's the truth. I liked his music, and he grew on me. But, when we went on our walk in the town square, I was going to kill him, but you stopped me. I then fell in love with him, so I lied to my friends and just said I killed him. I'm sorry." Megan and Joseph couldn't believe what they heard, so they opened their mouths wide and stayed quiet. Matt then turned his cape and smiled evilly at them. Megan said, "You evil fanged creep. You won't find this amusing when we get finished with you." Matthew said, "Oh, we will finish with you first." Matt snapped his fingers, and Raven slowly lowered Megan and Angelica toward the flames. Matthew said, "You two are in for your demise. We're sorry to have to do this to you, Angelica, but since you lied about slaying the werewolf, you leave us no choice. And now that we have your brother, Megan, we'll kill him as soon as he changes in front of the whole town. Good luck." Then Carolyn untied Joseph, and they took him to a different room, leaving Megan and Angelica to their doom.
Megan and Angelica started to panic because they were locked in a room with fire. Megan got an idea and said, "Wait, Angelica, you can transform." Angelica said, "So?" Megan said, "So, change into something that can get out of here." Angelica thought about what she could change into and figured she only had one choice that could escape. Angelica changed into a moth and flew out of the chains. Then she turned back to herself and ran for the controls. Megan said, "Angelica, burning flames here." Angelica said, "Relax, I know how the controls work."
Angelica pushed the off button and stopped the chains from lowering Megan down. Then she flipped a switch and shut the fire pit. Once Megan was safe, Angelica grabbed the keys, unlocked Megan from her chains, and she fell to the ground. Megan said, "Thank goodness we're safe. We must save Joseph before the moon comes up, or he's a goner." Angelica said, "They'll keep him locked up for the moment. Remember, it's daytime, so they'll all go to their rooms to sleep in their coffins until the sun goes down." Megan said, "Good. That gives us 8 hours before they wake up and discover we've escaped. So, we get Joseph out of here and hide back at my place since I'm inviting you and not them." Angelica said, "And we pray the police won't find us either. But remember, my friends aren't stupid. They're sleeping here. They have homes of their own like I do, but when we catch a werewolf, we keep it here until we kill it. "
